Honor can be obtained through Mage Grinder (Daily Events) and Honor Cards (Special Event).
It allows the player to buy items from the Shop or from the Crystal Shop.
The best strategy is to just save all the honor until you've got 21,000 to get a lvl120 Dark Armor, so that you can go full 420 yolo sweg blaze it 360 no scope :D
